You can still avoid getting a record of non-payment
There are a few things that will need to happen for you to get a record of non-payment. Here is how it works:
You first make a purchase and get an invoice that you don’t pay. You then get a reminder invoice but you still don’t pay. Your debt moves forward to debt collection and a debt collection letter is sent to you. If you still don’t pay, the debt is passed to the national enforcement authority, who then sends an injunction to pay. By now, the debt has grown, since fees of different kinds and sizes have been added to it. You can agree to the injunction to pay, or fight it. Finally, the national enforcement agency decides about a record of non-payment.
