What is the difference between a reminder and a debt collection demand?

A reminder is sent to a customer to remind them to make a payment on an overdue invoice.

If left unpaid, a debt collection demand is sent. This includes the full overdue amount including any late fees and incurred interest. It is extremely important that the debt is settled as soon as possible. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Why has my debt increased?

Reminder and debt collection fees have been added to the original amount because a payment has not been made on time. In order for you to become debt-free, the entire claim must be paid off. This includes any fees. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
